Guilt can be very painful and even destructive. With guilt, we can find ourselves frequently reliving painful memories of the past which then negatively impacts on how we live today. It is very common for us to be our own harshest judge and give ourselves a hard time over mistakes we have made.
When we develop guilt, we are identifying ourself as a bad or worthless person and this not only causes us a lot of pain but keeps us stuck in the same kind of behavioural patterns. On this course we will explore how we can separate ‘ourself’ from any harmful behaviours we may have and not only let go of guilt but set ourselves free to really live a much healthier and happier life. We will learn the peace that comes with self-acceptance enables us to truly change.
These half day courses are based on two sessions with a break in the middle for some refreshments. It is beneficial to attend the whole course, however, if you are not able to, you can attend either the 10.30am or 12pm session for £7 each.
