Weekend Courses

building-self-confidenceWhy not treat yourself to be a bit of relaxation time at the weekend.  We run weekly Half Day Courses at our City Centre Temple in Manchester and monthly Meditation Workshops at our suburban temple in Chorlton.  These courses are the perfect place to learn to meditate, and then to practice mindfulness in your daily life.  Each course will have a particular theme, such as overcoming stress, anxiety, fear, worry, or developing love, compassion, wisdom or confidence and self-esteem.  

They are all suitable for beginners and those who have some experience.
