Everyone can train in meditation

The purpose of meditation is to make our mind calm and peaceful.  If our mind is peaceful we will be free from worries and mental discomfort, and so we will experience true happiness.

Practical methods for our busy lives

Modern Buddhism is a special presentation of Buddha’s teachings on compassion and wisdom that communicates their essence in a way that is easy to understand and put into practice.
