Why do we experience problems and suffering?  Why is it that no matter how much energy we put into trying to solve our daily problems more appear?

By beginning to explore these questions we can start to recognise that problems and suffering arise due to negative states of mind.  We can start to see that not getting what we want, having to put up with what we dont want and failing to satisfy our desires are the nature of our current experience, in Buddhism called samsara.  Through this understanding we can develop a wish to abandon the negative states of mind that give rise to our problems and keep us bound in samsara and instead begin to enjoy the peace and contentment that come from a positive and peaceful mind.

If you cant make the whole morning you can drop in to either the 10.30am or 12pm.
