Beginners Guided Retreat
Sun 1st September in the CITY CENTRE (125 Portland St, M1 4QD)
10.30 – 4.30pm
£20 full day or £6 per session
Take time out of your busy life to enjoy a day of gentle guided meditations to inspire and uplift you. The day will consist of four guided meditation sessions . As well as the guided meditation, there will be an explanation of how to practice these meditations and integrate them into daily life. Can attend 1-4 sessions.

No. Everyone is welcome. These methods are applicable in our daily lives whatever our background or beliefs.
No. The classes are all seated and you are welcome to sit on a chair or on a cushion on the floor.
Yes. All of our classes are suitable for everyone.
No. All of our classes are drop in. However for half day courses and evening classes in the city there is a discount if you book in advance.
