CHILDREN’S CLASSES 2017-07-10T11:06:54+00:00

  • Time:  Monthly Saturdays | 3 – 4pm

  • Location:  76 High Lane, Chorlton

  • Cost:  £3 per child

  • Teacher: Ally

This class is for children to learn meditation and positive ways of thinking to help them in their daily life.

Meditation helps us to develop inner peace and relax, letting go of life’s worries, that prevent us from truly enjoying ourselves.

Each class has a different theme, but all consist of a relaxing meditation, talk and activities, in order to help children to understand methods and techniques to develop confidence, focus and consideration for others.

The class is suitable for children from four to eleven years old.

Children must be accompanied  by an adult.

The fee is £3 per child.

The class has come to an end for the summer.  We hope to restart it in the autumn, please check again or email and ask to be added to the mailing list, where updates will be provided, or contact 0161 861 7012
