We all need meditation in our daily life!
We all experience difficulties and problems and get caught up in trying to solve them by re-arranging external conditions. However this will never work. If changing our external conditions could solve our problems and make us happy then surely by now someone would have done it. However if we check everyone still experiences problems and struggles with anxiety, worry, fear, stress, frustration etc.
The inner science of Buddhist meditation gives us a window into the workings of our own mind and shows us how to begin to remove the disfunctional states that are the actual cause of our problems. Buddha saw clearly what our problem is and how to solve it. He understood that only by changing our mind from negative to positive can we finally be free from suffering.
On this half day course learn what meditation is and how we can put it in to practice in our daily lives to begin to solve our problems from the inside out.

No. Everyone is welcome. These methods are applicable in our daily lives whatever our background or beliefs.
No. The classes are all seated and you are welcome to sit on a chair or on a cushion on the floor.
Yes. All of our classes are suitable for everyone.
No. All of our classes are drop in. However for half day courses and evening classes in the city there is a discount if you book in advance.
