We all wish for good relationships in our lives, but relationships between couples, parents and children, or friends often suffer from misunderstandings, unrealistic expectations and conflict. We love each other, and yet we are not always happy together. This is because we do not understand the real nature of love and how to practically improve our love in our close relationships.

​In this half day course you will​ receive simple and practical advice about how to find meaning and enjoyment in all of ​y​our relationships. By keeping this practical and timeless advice in our heart, we will learn to be happy in the company of our ​partner, ​family, friends and co-workers — anyone we might encounter.

These half day courses are based on two sessions with a break in the middle for some refreshments. It is beneficial to attend the whole course, however, if you are not able to, you can attend either the 10.30am or 12pm.

Stop Worrying Start Living - a half day course


No.  Everyone is welcome.  These methods are applicable in our daily lives whatever our background or beliefs.

No.  The classes are all seated and you are welcome to sit on a chair or on a cushion on the floor.

Yes.  All of our classes are suitable for everyone.

No.  All of our classes are drop in.  However for half day courses and evening classes in the city there is a discount if you book in advance.

We are a not for profit charity.  All of the fees for classes cover the costs of running our Centres and go towards our International Temples Project.
