How do we form long lasting relationships with others? How can we interact with others in away where we never get annoyed, tired or feel unwanted?
If we cherish everyone we meet or think about, there will be no basis for developing jealousy, anger, or other harmful thoughts. Our mind will be at peace all the time, and we will experience happiness, and other positive emotions. Pure love is an affectionate mind that wishes for others happiness. It is the source of all joy in this world. In this public talk, we will investigate some of this minds good qualities and how to develop and enhance our cherishing love in our daily lives.
