All our Kadampa teachers have been studying Buddhism at Kadampa Meditation Centre Manchester for some time. They all have experience of solving their daily problems by putting Buddhist teachings into practice in daily life.
Ben teaches the Wednesday class in Greenmount, Bury and the Monday lunchtime meditation in the city Temple. He is the full-time Education Programme Co-ordinator (EPC) at the Centre and oversees the marketing of the Centre.
Jeff teaches the Thursday evening class in Chorlton and the Sunday In-depth study programme in Chorlton. He has been part of KMC Manchester since its beginning in the early 90’s and teaches with great warmth and depth.
Sam teaches the Monday evening class in Chorlton and half day courses. Sam attends the Foundation Programme and a Wednesday evening in Chorlton and is loved for his examples and enthusiasm in teaching.

No. The classes are all seated and you are welcome to sit on a chair or on a cushion on the floor.
Yes. All of our classes are suitable for everyone.
No. All of our classes are drop in. However for half day courses and evening classes in the city there is a discount if you book in advance.
