All our Kadampa teachers have been studying Buddhism at Kadampa Meditation Centre Manchester for some time. They all have experience of solving their daily problems by putting Buddhist teachings into practice in daily life.

Ben teaches the Wednesday evening class in Greenmount, Bury.

David teaches the Friday lunchtime meditations in the city temple

Jeff teaches the Thursday evening class in Chorlton and the Sunday In-depth study programme in Chorlton.  He has been part of KMC Manchester since its beginning in the early 90’s and teaches with great warmth and depth.

Sam teaches the Tuesday evening class and the Thursday lunchtime meditations in the city temple, as well as half day courses.  Sam attends the Foundation Programme on a Wednesday evening in Chorlton and is loved for his examples and enthusiasm in teaching.

Claire teaches the Tuesday evening class in Cheadle as well as half day courses and workshops.  Claire attends the Foundation Programme on a Wednesday evening in Chorlton and is loved for her inspiring teachings with daily life examples.

Kelsang Yonchen teaches the Tuesday evening class in Bolton and the Wednesday lunchtime meditations in the city Temple.  Yonchen is loved for her gentle and clear teachings.

Mark teaches the Thursday evening class in Prestwich.  He attends the Foundation Programme on a Wednesday evening in Chorlton and is loved for his lightness and enthusiasm.

Sean teaches the Friday morning class in Chorlton, the Monday lunchtime meditations in the city, and half day courses and workshops. He attends the Foundation Programme on a Wednesday evening in Chorlton and is loved for his enthusiasm and thought provoking teachings.

Stuart teaches the Thursday evening class in Ashton-u-Lyne  as well as half day courses.

Tina teaches lunchtime meditations in Chorlton.

No.  Everyone is welcome.  These methods are applicable in our daily lives whatever our background or beliefs.

No.  The classes are all seated and you are welcome to sit on a chair or on a cushion on the floor.

Yes.  All of our classes are suitable for everyone.

No.  All of our classes are drop in.  However for half day courses and evening classes in the city there is a discount if you book in advance.

We are a not for profit charity.  All of the fees for classes cover the costs of running our Centres and go towards our International Temples Project.
