This special day is an opportunity to draw closer to the Buddha of Long Life, Good Fortune & Wisdom, Buddha Amitayus.  It will open or deepen our connection to the practice of Tantra and how we can begin to change ourselves from suffering and problems to extraordinary peace and happiness.  Gen Lhachog will grant the empowerment, will give a commentary to the practice of Buddha Amitayus and explain how we can integrate it into our daily lives.

“I prostrate to you for all time.
Just by calling your name, untimely death is destroyed;
By mentally recalling you, we are protected from the fears of samsara and solitary peace;
And by relying upon you as a refuge, a lasting happiness is conferred.”
