Thursday 27 February | 7 – 8.30pm

with Visiting Teacher Gen Kelsang Lekma

at KMC Manchester – City Centre, 125 Portland St, M1 4QD

£10 – please book in advance

We can sometimes feel overwhelmed by the stress and demands of everyday life. Feeling that we have no power to control what is happening and no ability to create the conditions we wish for to be happy and feel content.
Through meditation and ways of thinking derived from Buddha’s teachings we will discover that happiness does not depend just upon our external conditions but can be cultivated from within. Then we can learn to become fearless in the face of adversity and deal with our negative emotions more confidently and effectively.

This event is followed by a 5 week course on Thursdays at 7 – 8.15pm
£6 per session or £25 for the course in advance.
