With Gen Kelsang Thekchen, Resident Teacher at Bodhisattva KMC, Brighton

We put so much time and effort into cleaning and detoxing our body, but how much time do we spend on our mind?  If we check we will see that happiness and suffering come from the mind, therefore we need to learn how to develop and control it.  At this public talk Gen Thekchen will share from Buddha’s teachings the methods to begin to remove the negative attitudes that give rise to suffering and replace them with positivity.

Please book in advance for this event.
