In these challenging times we may have a wish for a break, a holiday and yet feel the pressure of finding somewhere we can relax and feel refreshed.  

Through creating our own inner relaxation and space we can take the pressure off of ourselves to find an outer place that will be our source of happiness.  We can discover a peaceful space within our own mind that we have access to at anytime not matter what the weather or quarantine list. 

Everyone is welcome.



  • ATTENDING IN-PERSON: Previously you needed to email to book in-person.  Now you just book here and will receive a confirmation. Please arrive just before the class starts and leave promptly when it ends (socializing is not currently permitted). You must also wear a face covering and hand sanitize on entering the building.  Please keep social distance and follow the one way system.  For full guidelines click here.
  • ATTENDING ONLINE: When you book you will receive a ‘thank you for your order’ email that will contain the link to view the class (shown in ‘Product Information’). Please also note; there will be a 2nd link to watch later for up to 5 days (also given in ‘Product Information’).
