ABOUT THESE CLASSES
We often start the new year with resolutions. Plans for improving ourself over the coming year. Why not make meditation one of those resolutions. The function of meditation is to give rise to mental peace which gives rise to happiness. Through developing a regular meditation practice we can begin to recognize our negative states of mind before they become overwhelming and we can begin to create new ways of relating to our daily problems and challenges. Why not come along and find out more!
Each week we will look at the what, why and how of meditation practice so that by the end of the course you can feel confident to begin to bring meditation into your daily life.
