We all have the potential for a lighter and calmer state of mind. Over these four weeks we will look
at how, through meditation, we can tap into that experience of inner calm especially when life is
Normally in difficult situations and with difficult people inner calm isn’t our go to quality. Therefore
it can feel as though it’s impossible to feel like this at those times. As we start to practice meditation
we will discover we can and this will give us confidence to make this our go to state more of the
