January retreats

Throughout the weekends of January, immerse yourself in deepening your spiritual practice during our special retreat month. All retreats will be guided by our Resident Teacher, Kelsang Sama.

The first three weeks are open to anyone and will be based on Lamrim, the Stages of the Path to Enlightenment, with the final weekend being Vajrayogini practice for Highest Yoga Tantra practitioners.

January 3rd- 5th

BOUND FOR FREEDOM: The Stages of the Path of Middling Scope
January 10th- 12th

THE SUPREME GOOD HEART: The Stages of the Path of Great Scope
January 17th- 19th

GOING BEYOND ORDINARY: Vajrayogini’s path
January 24th-26th

All meditations in Lamrim retreat sessions will be guided from Mirror of Dharma with Additions- to make the most out of the retreat, it may be helpful to have your own copy. Please let us know if you would like to pre-order 🙂

Retreat fees: £35 for the whole weekend. Our cafe will be open throughout the weekends to purchase refreshments and lunch.
