Description

So 2020 wasn’t what we were expecting it to be! And we don’t know what 2021 will bring.

Let’s begin the year by starting to create a stable and positive state of mind. Then whatever comes
our way we can meet it with clarity and wisdom so that we don’t become overwhelmed and feel let
down when the challenges come our way.

These classes will offer a weekly positive thought and attitude that you can carry into your daily life.
Through improving our own understanding of these positive attitudes in a formal meditation
practice and then carrying our conclusion into our daily life we can begin to develop a lighter more
joyful experience.
