Most of us experience some level of worry in our lives.  Through the wisdom of Buddhist meditation we can begin to see that worry has no purpose in our lives and begin to use the tools necessary to free ourselves from it.

The class is consists of 2 sessions, with a 30 minute break between the sessions.

In each session, there will be a simple breathing meditation, some teaching on the topic, and a second meditation bases on those teachings.
