ABOUT THESE CLASSES
What is anxiety? Why is it becoming more common? How can it be experienced by those who even have good conditions in their life? In this course we will explore these questions and more and look at the understandings in Buddha’s teachings that enable us to recognize this painful feeling and begin to reduce it through developing our own inner wisdom and confidence.
These classes are for everyone. Even if you do not currently feel you experience anxiety or fear these and other negative states of mind arise in our lives and the lives of those around us. Learning methods to begin to reduce our negative states of mind is therefore essential if we are to experience peace and happiness.
Each week we will look at the what, why and how of meditation practice so that by the end of the course you can feel confident to begin to bring meditation into your daily life.
