Sat 12 Feb – Being Kind to Ourselves and Others

with Resident Teacher, Gen Kelsang Lhachog

2.30 – 5pm

If you’re coming in-person, there’s NO NEED TO BOOK. Just turn up on the day.

For Online – Please Book Below

How can we ‘Be Kind’ to both ourselves and others? It can sound good in theory but how do we put it into practice? Buddha’s teachings give us clear instructions, coming from wisdom, that enable us to connect into the good qualities of ourselves and others and therefore lead us to a kinder attitude in everything we do.

  • ATTENDING IN-PERSON: We look forward to seeing you. Due to the current restrictions we do need everyone to adhere to the following requests.  Please arrive just before the class starts and wear a face covering throughout your time in the building. We have hand sanitizer at reception.
  • ATTENDING ONLINE: When you book you will receive a ‘thank you for your order’ email that will contain the link to view the class (shown in ‘Product Information’). Please also note; there will be a 2nd link to watch later for up to 5 days (also given in ‘Product Information’). If you have any difficulties or do not receive the links, please email kmcmanchester.info@gmail.com.
