We all have busy minds! Our lives are so busy and we interact with so many things that distractions are normal. However we can begin to reduce the mental busyness and learn to develop and maintain some sense of peace and calm. It depends upon correct methods and familiarity. In this 3 week course we will gradually develop a meditation practise for our own daily life that can help us to switch off from the busyness and also develop methods to maintain this in our daily life.
