Sometimes the moment doesn’t feel comfortable and we fight to get away from the painful feelings arising. Buddha teaches how we can begin to understand what is happening in this moment and shows us that if we don’t grasp at the painful or pleasurable feelings so tightly we can accept and work with whatever arises. We just need space to breathe!
The class is consists of 2 sessions, with a 30 minute break between the sessions.
In each session, there will be a simple breathing meditation, some teaching on the topic, and a second meditation bases on those teachings.

- ATTENDING IN-PERSON: We look forward to seeing you. When you book you will receive a confirmation email. Due to the current restrictions we do need everyone to adhere to the following requests.
