Feeling out of control in our life can easily lead to an experience of anxiety. We can feel that to be free from the anxiety we need to fix or take control of whatever is happening in our life, and yet sometimes we just can’t. Buddha’s teachings show us that we need to begin by learning about and taking control of our own mind. Creating the mental space and beneficial attitudes that enable us to deal with life’s challenges without feeling overwhelmed or out of control.
