We all have the ability to develop a lighter, clearer and more positive state of mind, even when life is not easy. On this half day course we will explore some helpful meditations and ways of thinking that can help to clear some of the clouds in our mind.

  • ATTENDING IN-PERSON: We look forward to seeing you. Due to the current restrictions we do need everyone to adhere to the following requests.  Please arrive just before the class starts and wear a face covering throughout your time in the building. We have hand sanitizer at reception.
  • ATTENDING ONLINE: When you book you will receive a ‘thank you for your order’ email that will contain the link to view the class (shown in ‘Product Information’). Gen Lhachog - Resident Teacher KMC Manchester


Gen Kelsang Lhachog is a Buddhist nun, and the resident teacher at KMC Manchester. She has been a student of Geshe Kelsang Gyatso for over 20 years.

Gen Lhachog teaches from her experience of life, making Buddha’s teachings accessible to all. With her warm approach and relaxed manner, she inspires us to practice in our busy daily lives.
