LIVE STREAM EVENT

10.30am – 1pm (see below to book individual sessions)

with Gen Kelsang Lhachog

Sometimes we can feel powerless when we and others around us are in pain and struggling.  Buddha teaches that we are all interconnected and therefore through our good heart and wish for an end to problems and challenges can have an impact for ourselves and others.  In these sessions we will focus on two magical meditations called the practice of taking and giving.  We will use our imagination to feel that we are helping others and ourselves to be free from challenges and that we and others experience some peace and calm.

Unlike the half day courses this half day retreat will focus mainly on meditation.  Gen Lhachog will explain these meditations and then guide us through them with time for our own contemplation and quiet time to focus.

This event has changed to a half day event as Gen-la Dekyong, our General Spiritual Director of the New Kadampa Tradition, will be teaching in the afternoon at Manjushri KMC our main Centre.  If you would like more information for this special event and to book click here.
