When others say and do things that we do not agree with it can be easy to hold on to bad feelings that damage our relationships with others and stop us from moving forward without unwanted mental baggage. An understanding of Buddha’s teachings can help us to develop wisdom and see that we do not need to become unhappy at such times and instead of harming our relationships we can begin to forgive and strengthen our connections.
