Sunday Wisdom is a space to relax at the end of the week and prepare our mind for the week ahead. It offers a light and gentle way to make positive changes in our outlook on life and how we see ourselves and others. We can learn to experience the joy of mental peace and to find new ways of solving various difficulties in our personal and daily lives.
Each class includes a guided meditation and a short teaching on Buddha’s advice for a happier, more meaningful life. The theme of each week comes from the free digital book How to Transform Your Life, available from Tharpa.com
