The key to inner peace is learning to understand our own mind, experience mental clarity and manage our own internal world more positively. We can then take a more grounded, realistic and constructive approach to every situation we meet.
Each class will comprise two guided meditations, some explanation and questions and answers and is based on the opening chapters of the definitive
guide, How to Understand the Mind by Ven. Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche.
The course is led by Kadampa Teacher Jeff, who has extensive experience of teaching this subject.
For those who wish to explore this subject further, there is an opportunity to enjoy two free weeks of Sunday Foundation Programme from 17 October where we will study this unique book in more detail.
