ABOUT THIS TALK
Modern daily life is filled with uncertainty and difficulties that often leave us feeling vulnerable, frustrated, anxious and overwhelmed. With Buddha’s wisdom however we can learn to let go of our habitual negative attitudes and respond to challenges in more creative and courageous ways. This inspiration empowers us to use adversity to gain our own inner transformation towards a stronger and more stable experience of authentic happiness and freedom.
In this public talk Gen Devi will explain:
- How we can use meditation to develop our own good heart and potential for inner strength and resilience, regardless of what happens around us.
- How to live more confidently in the face of adversity and how to find real protection from our daily struggles.
