The first of a 4 week course on resilience we will look at how to develop inner qualities that give us strength and confidence in the face of adversity.

We need to build within ourselves a mental strength that is strong, stable and flexible.  Through meditaiton we can find the tools to build these mental qualities that give us joy and a lightness of mind and body.
