A 4 week course based on Geshe Kelsang Gyatso’s book ‘How to Understand the Mind’
Buddha teaches that the cause of all of our suffering is our bad mental habits, also known as delusions or negative states of mind. Through beginning to identify these bad habits functioning within our mind we can overcome them by developing their opponent, a good mental habit or positive state of mind. Over these four weeks we will explore some of our common negative attitudes and start to see how we can develop their opposite positive attitudes.

- ATTENDING IN-PERSON: We look forward to seeing you. When you book you will receive a confirmation email. Due to the current restrictions we do need everyone to adhere to the following requests.
