No need to book, just turn up on the day.

Take time out to reduce the stress in your day.


These half hour meditations give you an opportunity to stop and step back from your daily activities.  Doing this can help to remove the internal stress, anxiety, worry, negativity that builds up during our normal day.

    • ATTENDING IN-PERSON: We look forward to seeing you. Due to the current restrictions we do need everyone to adhere to the following requests.  Please arrive just before the class starts and wear a face covering.  If you wish, this can be removed once you are seated. We have hand sanitizer at reception.
