In his timeless poem Guide to the Bodhisattvas Way of Life Shantideva explains how through the power of concentration and a good we can begin to change our mind from negative to positive.  Through doing this we will begin to understand how our world as we perceive it depends upon the quality of our mind.  In this four week course we will explore some of the verses in this poem on concentration and wisdom.  These classes are open to everyone and you can book online or drop-in any week.


Gen Lhachog - Resident Teacher KMC Manchester


Gen Kelsang Lhachog is a Buddhist nun, and the resident teacher at KMC Manchester. She has been a student of Geshe Kelsang Gyatso for over 20 years.

Gen Lhachog teaches from her experience of life, making Buddha’s teachings accessible to all. With her warm approach and relaxed manner, she inspires us to practice in our busy daily lives.
