In these classes each week we will explore the meditations from Ven. Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche’s book The Mirror of Dharma With Additions.
Understanding how our mind works, what happiness is and how we can cultivate our own resilience and good heart through putting these meditations into practice. Through this we can begin to solve our daily problems of anger, anxiety, stress, worry, uncontrolled desire and all our problems and difficulties.
These classes are open to everyone and you can join at any time.
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU BOOK?
- ATTENDING IN-PERSON: We look forward to seeing you. Due to the current restrictions we do need everyone to adhere to the following requests. Please arrive just before the class starts and wear a face covering. Please continue to wear a face covering at all times in the centre. We have hand sanitizer at reception.
- ATTENDING ONLINE: When you book you will receive a ‘thank you for your order’ email that will contain the link to view the class (shown in ‘Product Information’). Please also note; there will be a 2nd link to watch later for up to 5 days (also given in ‘Product Information’). ABOUT THE TEACHER
Gen Kelsang Lhachog is a Buddhist nun, and the resident teacher at KMC Manchester. She has been a student of Geshe Kelsang Gyatso for over 20 years.
Gen Lhachog teaches from her experience of life, making Buddha’s teachings accessible to all. With her warm approach and relaxed manner, she inspires us to practice in our busy daily lives.
