Description

What is happiness and suffering?

We tend to feel that they are outer conditions that we need to obtain or avoid. Through the wisdom of Buddha’s teachings we discover that happiness and suffering are completely dependent upon our state of mind. Therefore to be happy and free ourselves from suffering we need to learn to change our attitude from negative to positive.

All the meditations taught in Buddhism are the methods to change our mind so that we can solve our problems not just temporarily but permanently through meditation both in a formal setting and in our daily life.
