We think of ourselves as having a fixed identity and feel stuck in our way of thinking and our patterns of behaviour. But Buddha’s profound yet simple methods of meditation and training the mind give us insight into the actual nature of the mind. We discover we have within us an
extraordinary power of transformation. Through applying these clear and practical tools we will be able to transform our daily life problems into the very means of our spiritual growth. Applying these allows us to become the person we want to be, joyful, loving, and effective in improving the lives and world of those around us.
