Overthinking is a common experience for people in these modern times. This often acts as the basis for much of our anxiety and stress to arise. If we can learn to calm our mind our mind through simple breathing meditation, many of our daily problems and stresses will fall away. Leaving our mind spacious and free of disturbing thoughts.
