We all suffer from negative emotions, negative moods and negative thoughts from time to time. And these have a destructive effect on our personal and social life.  In fact these negative states of mind underlie all our problems and unhappiness.

Buddha called this inner negativity ‘mental poisons’. Just as we have to detox our to remove physical toxins so we need to use meditation to flush out our mental poisons. Only when we are free from these toxic states we enjoy a truly happy and healthy life.

This day course will include two sessions with guided meditations and teachings in both.  Light refreshments will be provided over the lunchtime break.
