These classes are for those who have received (or have the intention to soon receive) Highest Yoga Tantra Empowerments
Following the practice ‘The Blissful Path’ each week Gen Lhachog will give a teaching on an aspect of the practice and then guide a meditation during the prayers. Whether you are new to HYT practice or have been practising for some time these classes will offer an insight into both Vajrayogini and Heruka practice. Gen Lhachog will also share aspects of teachings given by Ven. Geshe-la at HYT empowerments as well as those given by Gen-la Dekyong and Gen-la Khyenrab.

No. Everyone is welcome. These methods are applicable in our daily lives whatever our background or beliefs.
No. The classes are all seated and you are welcome to sit on a chair or on a cushion on the floor.
Yes. All of our classes are suitable for everyone.
No. All of our classes are drop in. However for half day courses and evening classes in the city there is a discount if you book in advance.
