Be introduced to the blissful path of authentic Buddhist Tantra which lies at the very heart of the path to enlightenment.  In many ways, Tantra is particularly suited to the modern-day practitioner. It is said that as times become more degenerate with uncontrolled desire increasing everywhere throughout the world, it will become harder and harder to gain spiritual realizations. However, through the skilful method of Buddhist Tantra we can transform all our experiences of worldly enjoyment into part of our spiritual path that leads us to find a deeper happiness from within. Eventually we will actualize our full spiritual potential and come to enjoy a completely pure enlightened self, world and enjoyments.

A disciple of Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso, Gen Chökyong is a Buddhist monk who has been studying, practising and teaching meditation for many years. He was ordained in April 2000 and trained at Tara Buddhist Centre, near Derby, one of the foremost Buddhist colleges in Europe.

When teaching, Gen Chökyong demonstrates a comprehensive wealth of knowledge, which he shares in a humorous and compassionate way.
