Learn how to integrate meditation in your daily life and create an inner space and clarity that allows you to remain peaceful regardless of the external circumstances. Through training in meditation, gradually we can develop mental equilibrium which is a balanced mind that is happy all the time rather than a mind that oscillates between the extremes of excitement and despondency. Everybody welcome 🙂
