The Foundation Programme (In-person, Livestream or Correspondence)
If you have been attending weekly drop-in classes for a while and would like to deepen your understanding and experience of meditation and Kadampa Buddhism then why not consider joining our Foundation Program (FP). On FP you will have an opportunity to study one of Geshe Kelsang Gyatso’s texts in more detail and engage in paired and group discussions to deepen your experience.
See below for details of the books and days we currently run these classes.
‘Taster classes’ can be booked to help discover if FP is suitable for you. If you are interested please contact our Education Program Co-ordinator: education@meditateinmanchester.org
Please Note: FP is not a drop-in class, students commit to attend each week. To join our study programme, students also need to live within the Greater Manchester area and have previously attended our drop-in classes.
